EMPORIA FC - End of Season Message & Upcomming Events

Dear Emporia FC Families,

We wanted to take a moment to express how incredibly proud we are of the EFC academy. We waited briefly to share this message so we could properly reflect on the growth and lessons from this past season.

Throughout the year, our players showed tremendous development, both on and off the field. The commitment from each of you bringing the players to practices, supporting the team, and creating a positive environment-has not gone unnoticed. We sincerely thank you for being such an integral part of what we’re building.

Our tournament opponents were very well-coached and disciplined, and I was truly impressed by the level of competition. That said, our team rose to the challenge in remarkable fashion and responded with maturity, resilience, and a clear willingness to grow. That’s a testament to the work being done at every level of our academy.

As we look ahead, We are very excited for what the future holds.. Please make sure they wear their Emporia FC jerseys to represent the academy with pride at the EFC Banquet.

WAIVER

EMPORIA FC WAIVER RELEASE:

I acknowledge that I will participate in an event/sport that will involve physical activity in which a risk of injury may occur. I specifically, fully, and forever waive and release USD 253 and the Emporia FC board, management, and other participants from liability and claims of damages I may sustain at the event and my travel to/from the event. In the event of an emergency in which I require medical care, I authorize any representative of Emporia FC staff to obtain, for me, necessary medical treatment. A minor must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or signed form.

Why join Emporia FC Academy?

It is an introductory soccer program for young children to learn the fundamentals of the game. This program is the building block for future participation in the Emporia Futbol Club structured recreational and/or competitive programs/teams. This program is required of all young players to participate at their age level to be considered and determined if their participation in more advanced programs is an option for them. Parents are encouraged to be a key element in this program as well as our qualified coaches that are trained in the fundamental development programs to enhance the participants’ experience.

This will come at a later date after Coaching Director looks at the needs of the club and environment.
